Does anyone know how to deal with rude co worker?

They’re not even a crew coach or manager, but they feel entitled to nitpick, be bossy, and be rude. I get the job done most of the time, but I don’t see the issue, especially since the managers have never told me off.
Once, I was pretty sure they were going to cuss me out because they got mad that I couldn’t hear them asking me to make a item. They ended up being moved to drive-thru by the manager because they were too angry.
I also hear them making not-so-obvious snide comments about me, literally right in front of me, to other co workers.
It feels personal.
