Can anyone help me transition from testing to WD Config or Atleast get certified in HCM. Have been actively reaching out to lot of people , no major response.😭

I have 1.5 year of experience in workday and 2+ total years of experience at Deloitte. I belong to EAAS domain. I really want to try switching to workday Implementation side, could someone help me how to?
