Hello everyone, I recieved my B2 Zertifikat today but my name format is messed up. My Nachname and Vorname are labelled together as Vorname . What can I do about this? I contacted my Exam Centre but they are charging me 10500 INR (~96 Euro) for initiating the name change process. Is this the standard procedure? If anyone's been in a similar situation, please advice.

I don't know if this is the right subreddit to post but I just wanna vent. I passed 12th (CBSE) last year as an nri and came to India to learn the german language, as I had planned to attend Studienkolleg and pursue Bachelors there. Little did I know this would be the worst mistake of my life.
I spent the past year learning German and gave my first TELC exam this year in March. I passed the written exam but failed speaking by 2 marks. At that time I felt hopeful actually and thought it's just 2 marks and I'll clear it next time. I gave the exam again in April and got the result today; I ended up failing the same module again by 2 marks.
I had given it all for that attempt and I'm devastated to see I still didn't clear it. Lost a ton of money and a year. I don't know how I'm gonna face my parents or my relatives who constantly ask, "enna mon germanykk pone". Ah, I frickd up...I'm a failure and I don't know what to do next.
