Is SoFi high interest account worth it without direct deposit?

I already have an amex high savings account and was thinking to open up a sofi account but it looks like their apy is low if you don't do direct deposit unless I am reading it wrong.

Been taking care of this baby for 11 years

She is definitely starting to show signs of age and it's making me kinda sad. I am worried about the winter this year, I made her a shelter last year but I feel like the winter still put a really big toll on her. I would take her in but she keeps her distance from me and I don't think she gets along with other cats from what I have witnessed when other strays come around.
