Finished up the pushfit tactical squad tonight. They are fourth squad of third company. The squad is comprised of models from the 4th-6th edition starter sets, mixed and matched with varying levels of iconography removal. I’m planning to do a big write up post describing the differences and details of all the old pushfit tac squads but right now’s probably not a good time for it. The important part is that I rescued them their decades long bits box consignment and have pressed them into service. For the cheapest, shittiest space marines you can get, I think they came out pretty sharp.

Finished up the Baal predator “Invigilus” tonight. Had the rush a few details because I’m on a time crunch but overall I’m happy with how it came out. I love sticker bombing vehicles, it’s very satisfying.

Just finished up this squad of vets for my midhammer angels. They are first squad of third company. The sergeant and one combi melta are conversions but the rest of them are classic 4th ed vets in finecast. The sergeant is converted from the awful tactical sergeant from assault on black reach. Every month I try to paint a set number of models just to keep myself moving. This month I painted up a decent chunk of blood angels for my midhammer/5E army I’m working on. I managed to get Dante, Lemartes, death company squad and dreadnought, assault, devestator and terminator squads done. It was a bit of a sprint at the end because I’m going on vacation but the important part is that I got them all finished. I def need to add some tactical squads to the roster but I’ve got a handful of bikes and landspeeders that are calling my name. (Ignore the extra chaplain, he’s just there for vibes)
