Trying to do self file of 2024 tax return but never got a 1099

Hi, I am trying to quickly file a return for the year 2024. We used an accountant for previous years but not for 2024. So my husband is a trucker and is gone A LOT and is considered a 1099 driver.

We did not receive a 1099 for 2024 and past employer says he doesn’t have a record of it either.

So I go to look up our irs transcript for 2024 and his employer didn’t send in his 1099 to the irs either!

So how do I figure our income? I looked up and added up all the deposits for 2024 that I think were from this ex employer and was our only income.

Is there some form I fill out using that info? I’m so lost but we really don’t have the money to hire this done. And I need to get it done by end of month.

A question about #13 extracted a week ago on May 6th

Non smoker, non drinker, no straws since the extraction and no soda or any carbonation.

Including pictures from day 2 healing and day 6 and day 7 (today)

It has been very sore and painful from the get go. It felt some better tonight. So I look at it and did I lose the blood clot? Did I have a blood clot before or has this been dry socket all along? I’m so confused.

Extraction of tooth that lost its filling. Extraction on 05062026.

The dentist said we could try a root canal and a crown but he didn’t think it would last long. We opted for an extraction and then crowns on neighboring teeth and doing a bridge or implant.

My question is should it still hurt this bad? And does it look ok?

The stitches have been coming out which doesn’t worry me but the redness around the hole and the amount of Tylenol and ibp I’m taking just to remain sane is concerning me. I am taking max dose of both together every 6 hours. And that doesn’t make the pain go away completely. It just makes me able to take care of my kids a little.

My dentist will be back in office Monday I hope. And I can ask him as well. But he has an emergency line and I really don’t want to bother him if I’m just being a baby. The pain is where the extraction occurred and also almost like everywhere I got a numbing shot. It feels like my gums in the area are swollen and even like my teeth in the area are pushed forward.
