On the fence…

Hello, I’m coming up to needing to make my next order and I’m not sure whether I should increase my dose. I’m currently on 12.5mg and have approximately 1 stone and 3 pounds left to lose but I am a very slow loser. Lately I have been thinking more about when my next meal is and feeling hunger a lot sooner. However the reason I’m unsure about increasing is because while I’m feeling the hunger it’s not necessarily making me eat more, I’m still sticking to my deficit so I would say the hunger is manageable it’s just unpleasant to feel. This change has come about in the last two weeks or so. Thanks.

I made what I call taco rice and I just want to check in calculating correctly as I got the recipe from Instagram and what they say and what I get is different with the insta people’s being more.

Makes 2 servings

150g uncooked basmati Tesco own brand - 230kcal

250g 5% lean beef mince - 330kcal

30g Cathedral city protein cheddar - 82kcal

15g tomato purée Mutti - 14kcal

Half a small red onion - sorry I didn’t weigh it so maybe 25

1 x Bovril cube - 11kcal

1 x taco seasoning packet Tesco’s own - 96kcal

Calories gotten off the packets.

Total - 788 so - 394 per serving.

I’m trying to lose weight so I don’t want to be underestimating my actual intake but equally don’t want to be eating too little either.
