Loving my new GA-B2100

I've had the GA-2100 for a few months and I've been craving solar versions lately. So, as soon as this GA-B2100 popped with a good price (around 105usd) and I grabbed without thinking twice.

I noticed the new version looks a bit more "premium" looking with the visual differences they have between them.

Maybe a steel case next? Hehe

Is this ga2100 fake?

During 3 button test mode showed 5590 module, but back case and shockbase indicated a different module 5611. I carefully opened to check, and found a 5590 module, it appears to be an original Casio module but maybe in a fake that should have 5611? Or 5611 is just a "new" name and functions to a 5590?

2007 G-9000 - My first and oldest G-Shock

This is my first ever G-Shock, and at the time I simply didn't know how cool this piece is.

I bought this watch in 2007. It was daily beaten for almost 8 years straight until its retirement in 2015. During this time I had 2 batteries changed and two straps. Nothing else.

I decided to revive it this year so I got a brand new strap (kept the original 2007 buckle) and a brand new MURATA CR2025 battery.

It's alive and cool AF in 2026, even after almost 20 years in my hands.

I just received my GX56MF-1DR and I'm impressed. This thing is HUGE. And it is as cool as it is big. Loved this color scheme! I intend to use it 3-4x times a week, any suggestions about taking care of a though solar?

These are my boys. The G-9000 I own since 2008, it has already been put through heavy tests. The GBD-200 is my sportswatch of choice, I use it almost everyday for tracking running and swimming +with impressive precision for a non-specific swim watch). The GA-2100 is my last acquisition, been using it when I want to look cool but discrete. Been loving it too.

My next G-Shock may be a new Rangeman or Frogman, what do you guys think? What would be your next add for those?
