So how can I get YouTube working on my iOS 10 device. I have all the apps I believe I need. Can anyone drop down a working tutorial?

Hey guys so I am having a lot of trouble installing any kind of apps. This is my second post and I really did what I could but seems nothing works. Could you guys drop down any suggestions below thx. (More pics in replies)

Hey guys, so I recently downgraded my iPhone 5 to iOS 6.1.4 and now the Apple sign servers are down so I can’t really sign into iCloud and App Store. Even worse that veteris takes me straight away to download failed after reaching 100% on the downloading part. I also tried to use the obscura link but to no avail. What’s the fix ? Not to mention on veteris the search bar is unresponsive no matter how much I tap it and it doesn’t even prompt me to search anything.
