Im looking to buy my first real corset, will this fit me or not?

Maybe 16inch is too extreme for first corset? But i can squeeze my waist to 17 inches so i think its fine

My measurements are

Underbust: 28"

Waist 22"

High hip 30"

Low hip 31"

Waist to bust  5"

Waist to low hip  4.3"

Waist to high hip 3.5"
