I called Alexis Molaer Law firm to ask sana for payment arrangement or if pwede magpartial payment pero ayaw nila, gusto nila full payment within 5 days from the receipt nung letter. We are really struggling financially right now kaya nakiusap ako bka pwede iextent ung days khit until end of the month pero wala pa dn, they said na if hindi masettle mapupunta na sa foreclosure department and if mgbayad ako partial floating lang daw un. anyone n may same case? ano nangyari? ano gnwa nyo. I need some encouragement, sobrang stress ko na bayaran pa ng kuryente.
