Spent three fckn grand on a premium hgh cycle just to hold water and get carpal tunnel

I finally decided to pay for a real pharmacy grade HGH cycle instead of messing with the cheap generic vials . I spent over three grand expecting to get lean and actually see some real physical changes . Instead , I am just holding a massive amount of water weight and my hands are completely numb half the day from the carpal tunnel . I keep waking up in the middle of the night because my fingers are tingling so bad I can barely close my fists . I am tracking all my food and training hard , but my face is so swollen I just look out of shape . Do the side effects eventually level out , or did I literally just waste thousands of dollars to feel terrible and look worse ?

what do you actually tell people when they ask what you're taking

not looking for the ethical answer, just what people actually say in real life because I've been fumbling this question for months

The TRIUMPH - 4 trial results for retatrutide : Arthritis

I have osteoarthritis in both knees, and I've always been told that losing weight is the best thing I can do for it. But losing weight takes time, and my knees hurt the whole way there. The TRIUMPH-4 phase 3 trial of retatrutide (the triple agonist) found that people on the drug didn't just lose weight, they also reported significant improvements in knee pain and physical function, and those benefits seemed to happen faster than the weight loss alone would explain. The company believes retatrutide could become an important option for patients with obesity and knee osteoarthritis. If you've been living with creaky, painful knees, this is a really promising development.
