low to the ground brief low topped supercell in Jacksonville NC a few days ago i took it had a brief meso and hook echo on radar for about 1-2 scans. Also is that little nub in the top left a small funnel or a scud?

April 16th 2011 EF-3 tornadoes true wind speed calculations vs actual rating

So the April 16th 2011 NC tornadoes were capped at EF-3 but the damage to trees and the environment pointed otherwise and the conditions so here are my estimates. Jacksonville EF-3:The actual rating was EF-3 because it hit older homes and leveled them but they were all older and not properly anchored however this tornado had velocity readings at 117 mph combined with a forward speed of 50 mph making it have total winds of 167 mph within the low EF-4 range however the sub vortexs within the quarter mile tornado had additional winds up to 50 mph meaning just a few yards up from the ground this tornado briefly could have had winds of 217 mph above ground because Velocity+forward speed+sub vortex=total winds speed. Next the Snow Hill EF-3 it had estimated winds of 150 mph however it had actual velocity measurements of 133 mph combined with a 50 mph wind speed is already in the EF-4 range of 183 mph combined with 50 mph sub vortexes adds winds just off the ground of 233 mph. Thank you for reading this rant theory i had appreciate it.
