Made my first ever (no knead) bread today. Turned out very okay for a first bread, but would like it to have more crust and be a little less dense. Crust is very thin, and bread feels a little wet/dense. Any tips?

Used this recipe.

4 cups flour - 1 packet yeast - 2 1/2 tsp salt - 2 cups warm water

Mix everything and let sit for 2 to 3 hours. Bake in Dutch oven for 30m with lid, 15m without (both oven and Dutch oven pre heated) at 210 degrees Celsius (convection oven).
