Hi Guys, wanted to get some opinions on the following situation:

I got an Action Figure bundle from a seller, which was decently priced, and had a rare figure "Frankenstrike" - The sole/major reason why I bought the bundle, the other figures did not hold much value monetarily.

Now as the screenshots suggest, I received the package, well packaged, everything intact except 1 figure - Frankenstrike.

I am not sure how to handle it, it is indeed a bit strange how the only figure missing is the rarest out of the lot? The compensation offered by the seller seemed absurd, so I denied that.

Do I just let it go, or should I raise it to ebay or leave a negative review?

For now, I thought I'll be content with whatever I received, it's not about the money, but it sure is frustrating, if intentionally done.
