I built a free gold dashboard with price trends, central bank data, and institutional holdings
Hey everyone, I wanted to share the gold dashboard I built for my website, Whale Atlas.
The idea is to make it easier to follow gold and explore the market data in one place. It includes price trends across 1, 3, and 12 months, reported central bank gold reserve changes, futures positioning, and institutional holdings in GLD and IAU.
You can also explore the gold/silver ratio, reported insider and congressional trades in covered gold mining companies, and UK physical gold trade flows.
There’s a breakdown of factors like real interest rates, the dollar, and inflation expectations, with original source links and reporting dates so you can check the data yourself. The price comparisons use historical monthly averages.
