I was wondering about using a bowgun that could crouch fire Normal S lv1, effectively giving infinite ammo. I have a set for the common pierce lv1 valor play style, so I'm wondering if I can make a bowgun for normal lv1 so I can bowgun without having to bring crafting mats for ammo or worry about running out. This is just something for some lazier, less serious hunting.

So the question is: Can this work, and not take forever to kill something, or am I going to deal too little damage to be worth even trying?

Also, if this is feasible, suggestions for the bowgun to make would be appreciated.
