2018 Z1000 with error code 62
I got the engine light on the other day while driving home from work. I didn't notice anything wrong with the bike, and it worked as normal.
Read the fault code when I came home, and it was "Sub-throttle Valve Actuator Malfunction or an open/shorted "
I took the bike apart, and looked at it. The valves worked fine when I start it and rev it, so apparently everything is ok with them. Nothing stuck or not woorking.
Does anyone have any idea what it can be? Is it just a sensor fault? What i read from forums, the sensors aren't a part you can buy. You have to change the whole throttle body.
Edit: typo
