Went to Japan and hit up the Torch Torch shop. Sadly the only size FAP they had was too big so I had to improvise and make a display. (Ft. crow hunter badge)

Help finding an Art-A-Whirl artist!
Hello! During last Art-A-Whirl I took a pic of an artist stand that I wasn’t able to look at as long as I wanted to but I’m having a hard time tracking down the artist. Do any of you know who this artist is? This was on the third floor of the Solar Arts Building in that event space.
The signature looks like M Oteno (Otino?) but my searching hasn’t brought anything up.
