What do I have to do to get Comcast/Xfinity to properly cover my cable connections?
I called a few years ago because the utility cover on the coax connections in my yard was badly beaten up. They came and took the cover away leaving an unsightly connection sticking out of my front yard. I have an appointment with tech support because my internet will no longer connect. No wonder with these cables showing a lot of wear and damage.
