Stopped Mounjaro after 7 months due to low b12 diagnosis ( 175 when normal range is 300 + ) ... wanting to return, if you had low B12 how did you overcome it and did you stop/pause go back?

I was on Mounjaro for 7 months and after unbelievable fatigue and muscle pains.. and 35lb weight loss.. I did a blood test and I am depleted in b12. I am at 175 in b12 when the normal range starts at 300 ( last tested 1 month ago ). I stopped my injections and massively upped the protein, started taking supplements, feeling a lot better. i want to return but I am cautious. To be fair I was undereating, not taking supplements and not eating that much protein either. I am still about 30 lb away from the 'normal' BMI btw, 49 F. Had never been as tired in my life. I thought it was stress but my legs would hurt badly I had no energy...extreme fatigue. I was glad to at least understand what was happening to my body. I am so grateful for the medication yet I am wary what happened. My plan is to keep testing every month to check my b12 levels until it's back to normal.

Has this happened to you , and if so, did you stop/pause, and did you go back? How was it?

I think my dosage was just too high ... I have insulin resistance... I was at 7.5mg for the last 3 months and that dosage was really rough on my body my appetite was so low, eating was a chore I would get full too quickly. I couldn't go to the gym as I was too tired to even go on the treadmill to walk.
