Hello! I love my Plotter system, but I'm a vegetarian, so while I appreciate Plotter's beautiful binders, they aren't for me.

I look around for different non-leather binders, but nothing has really landed. I've used an old Filofax (bible size), but the larger rings make it hard to write easily. So two questions - any news on a non-leather Plotter binder? I ask about perhaps "mushroom" because two years ago at the San Francisco Pen Show, someone at the Plotter table mentioned that they were "playing around" with a mushroom binder.... Or any other site suggestions? Thanks.
