Can't transfer my last $900?
I have had Truist for just under 2 years. I was enticed by one of their offers and it turned out the offer wasn't worth it in the end. I decided to transfer my money out of the account to an external account. Then I found out you can only do this in increments of $5,000 and there is a limit of how many times you can do this daily. I can deal with all of this as frustrating as it was, but I still have $900 in my account. No matter what I do I can't transfer any more money out. It doesn't matter the amount, it simply crashes the app. I tried to do it on desktop as well but it says there is an issue and to try again later. I called their help line and all they said was to uninstall and reinstall the app and make sure it's up to date (I did do this and it is up to date). I was then placed on hold for so long I gave up.
Still no solution, but of course they continue to take a monthly fee out of my account.
