Hey y'all, my wife and I are looking to move to WV from MD. One of the areas we've been looking at is the Harpers Ferry area to the east of the Shenandoah.

Main question, is access during storms typically a concern here? Does mission rd typically flood and how often? How often do falling rocks block the roads into/out of that area?
