Fair price or negotiate

Was looking for a Lexus is350 and came across this 2023 with 23,810 miles on it for $46,378 but after other fees it would probably be more like around $48k

I love the color and it comes with Handling package, Memory package, Navigation package w/Mark Levinson audio and triple beam headlights.

It’s coming from a Lexus dealer so it comes with the L/Certification

It’s a 72 month loan with 5.25% apr but again not sure if that price is worth all that.

Should I try to negotiate with them and try to get the price lowered maybe to like 46k OTD or is even that too high of a price.

Found this LS400 that only has 64k miles on it but not sure on the price.

Found this beautiful Imperial Jade green 2000 LS400 that only has 64k miles on it. The dealer is asking $19,995 so basically 20k. I’m too sure if that’s worth the price but I really do want this car. Me personally I totally spend the money for this car but let me know what you guys think about the price.

Update: I called and asked on why the price was high and they said they spent 6k on it last month basically replacing parts that would normally need replacing for a 26 year old car. I do live 12 hours away from the dealership and they said shipping would be $650. I really do want the car and I can afford it but I think it’s just a little too pricey.
