Hi all! As someone who has never taken care of a caterpillar, I’ve come to you for advice. I saw this guy on the outside wall of the building. It’s hanging in a low space, there are lots of stray cats since I’m living in İstanbul, and it’s the perfect hight for someone to knock into it with their purse. Is there anything I can do? Can I take it home or move it someplace else somehow?
Hi all! Yesterday I was walking by a dentist and saw them hosing and cleaning their orchids with 4 by the trash. They said they tried saving them but it didn’t work. They’re not in good shape and have (what i assume to be mealy bugs.
I dumped all the bark and soil, cut off dead roots, and sprayed them with what I had.
I’m gonna try to leave them in water for a week or so, just until I can inspect the roots for insects reappearing, then I’m planning on replanting in bark soil.
I’d appreciate any help since this is my first save operation lol
