
Continuous Recording Gaps
Hi all facing a weird issues with my Eufy C31 doorbell. I have continuous recording enabled, camera is wired in and is using an sd card to record not a hub. I’m getting random gaps in the recordings, it gets worse day by day and if I format the sd card it seems to work normally for a few days. There is a gap between 3am and 4am every day and the rest are completely random, although seems worse when there is motion involved or somebody rings the doorbell (so it makes it almost pointless even having). Anybody else faced this?
I’ve reached out to Eufy support, sent loads of reports and they can’t figure it out
Also about 50% of the time I can’t see any of my continuous recordings at all, just events. I get “no content available “
