These were near my 🍑 hole. What is it?

I haven’t had any relations (in a longgg time) so I ruled out herpes. It hurts really bad to go 💩 (sharp pain) and burns when I pee. When I’m sitting it’s kind of uncomfortable but doesn’t hurt. I thought I had a 🍑 fissure and it was itchy so I kept itching and then it caused a rash, but looking at this I’m not so sure anymore….. please help

1st MechE Internship

I start my new internship this week and I feel so unprepared. They told me to show up at 8 AM… with no other information. This is my first “real” job and internship. It’s for a small design company.
\- What do I wear?
\- What do I bring? My backpack?
\- is it unprofessional to take notes with my electronically instead of paper?

ANY ADVICE HELPS… I’m so clueless
