How do people dress for the Jenny Lake Lodge Dining Room for lunch? Would it be acceptable to go to lunch in hiking clothes or are nicer clothes needed?

Has anyone hiked Taggart Lake recently? What is it like with the construction? Trying to decide if it would be better to hike Taggart or Jenny Lake given the construction (going in a couple of weeks).

Recommendations for places to rent a scope and binoculars from? We will be flying into Bozeman and out of Jackson so I don't think a local place will work.
