It - that difference

Could anybody explain the difference of "it" and "that"? In my knowledge there isn't.

UPD I mean, like, "it's ok" and "that's ok" and similar.

Snoring

Pls, can anybody share any working ways to lower or get rid of snoring a way lighter than sleep with CPAP? I developed hard snoring during quite serious and long anti-depression-anxiety psychotherapeutic course of medicine when throat and whatever it is relaxes too much due to pills taken. Therapy ended, but snorelab app shows that I snore a lot and hard, may be having apnea. Due that mornings feel like shit sometimes. Tried to change to thicker pillow, spray, nose washing before bed, 5km walk in the evening, but not helping. Have around 10-12 kilos of overweight, but slowly losing it now.

Is there any possibility in Android to disable autoconnect (set it to manual) for one particular BT connection, disable some particular BT connection without unpairing or set some priority for BT connections? Usecase - I have a handsfree function in my car and sometimes I come already conversating over my over-ear handsfree. Result - conversation switches to the car handsfree, but I want it to stay on the over-ear's. Are there any options to make connection to the car "on demand"?
