So, i had my last period June 1st, then had protected sex with a condom (no tearing or slips) and Lube june 14th, i had a 3day delay and today i woke up with cramps and when i wiped thid is all that was there? Is this normal? I also had very intense exercise one week prior and lost 1kg, additionally had a LOT of stress. Now im stressing about this 😭😭😭
