Hi everyone,

I've got a new property that I've recently built and moved into. Trying to sign up to NBN with various providers, I've found that they want to charge a $300 new development fee. This is fine, but my builder already had NBN techs attend the property and install the NTD box and complete the wiring. So my question is, do I still need to pay this fee? Or is it for something else aside from just sending a tech for the NTD?
