Do poly drug users always have it worse? Does lifting weights or lifting boxes at work make it worse?

I just wrote something about being told I had multiple diseases when I tapered down from .5 clonazepam to .2mg with no symptoms til I hit .2g. I got raised up to 2mg and was told I could easily taper again once I find the meds for rheumatoid and fibromyalgia which I didn't have.

Anyways, I'm just starting to taper instead of taking a little bit more whenever I feel bad. I'm only tapering 5% this month like Maudsley. I have to work and it requires carrying boxes and stocking. I feel better right after from the endorphins but worse the next day. I can't tell.

Also I've been on methadone before the benzos and originally tapered both with no issues til .2g. When I reached that day it was like almost every symptom hit me and I was acting like an addict again despite not using oxy for nearly a decade and not ever feeling that way. Some people say methadone makes it easier and other say it leads to my situation.

If 5% works how long do others or Maudsley recommend until you speed it up. It's been two weeks only. I can dial it up very slowly because i microtaper.

Thank you all and sorry for being repetitive in parts of this post. I should of brought it up but my mind is crap.

Tolerance and tapering

Now I understand, from using opiates, that tolerance is something that slowly gets stronger and stronger so the user has to raise their dose or feel sick.

I was tricked into thinking that my clonazepam use after 8 years wasn't the problem after tapering with no symptoms and then having every symptom randomly one morning. I was told I have other conditions and once I address them I could continue to finish the very little .2mg of clonazepam I had left from .5mg despite asking if the benzos are the issue. So I'm given meds for something I don't have and had my clonazepam dosage go from .2mg to 3mg. I've felt better but barely normal.

I want to taper and rid myself of this cursed drug. I just don't know if I still go by Maudsley. I'm doing 5% a month and haven't felt much but it's only been a couple weeks but I want to raise the speed because I know it will get worse as I go and I want to move on with my life.

I'm a forty year old loser living with his mom because of drugs. I seriously thought I would be done if I hadn't got hit with a wave of symptoms or knew they were normal. I want to meet someone but not in this condition.

Jake Shields interviews Jonathon Azaziah on Chabad and how it all ties into Israel and Epstein.

One thing I don't condone is that they try to lump Jews into one group despite being Antizionist or not even caring or whatever.

Despite that I'm just intrigued at how much Jonathon knows in general which I still have to verify.

I assume most agree that Epstein was Mossad or a Mossad asset under Maxwell. We know from the audio that Ehud Barrack sent Mossad to set up all his cameras in all his houses. Im guessing all the servers he had would send the videos in real time to Israel and they could possibly be using videos again people like Trump to attack Iran.

Full disclosure I'm Palestinian American and know my history from first hand accounts and the world is realizing this too as well as Americans realizing how much foreign groups like AIPAC play a role in our government while the people are ignored. They never agree on anything unless it's Netanyahu and he gets standing ovations.

Here is a video that is rather long and over the top because they try to put all Js in the same pot. But this one is a deep dive into Chabad and how it is the silent controller of everything Israel from here to there. He even talks about how Epstein lived across the street from them in NY.

I know all about AIPAC and these groups who lobby our politicians with money and bribes and sometimes blackmail to get their way. I never even knew about Chabad.

Jake is a dumbass and Jonathan is iffy at best but I just want to learn more about Chabad, like the Rabbis who told Netanyahu to hurry up because the messiah is coming soon video. I can't find it sorry.

How are Haitian Jack and Jimmy Henchman still around?

I'm not condoning violence but I find it weird that these two scumbags are still around despite all the violence that went around in LA after Pac died. And the messed up part is people like Keefe D are so ignorant that he jokes up how Tupac was shaking around when he was getting shot. It crazy because between Pac and Suge they had an army especially right after pac died.

Also in the movie AEOM they mention how he had a 4000 page dossier on him by the Feds and if Jack was an informant then maybe it wasn't just Jack getting revenge. Maybe he was told to do it.

How accurate was AEOM and Tupac scrapping his whole album.

In the last major interviews where Tupac sat down with Sway in the Bay Area he talks about how Biggie went from Party and Bullshit to Ready to Die which sounded like the original MATWorld album. Were any of those songs released posthumously? Are there any songs left in general to release? Personally I believe that Pac was the only iconic rapper to get better and better after each album. He also learned that writing raps in prison was the only way to stay sane. I don't know if this is why Tupac's style of rapping changed so dramatically besides having west coast beats but most rappers would rap the same.

Also in the movie and in real life when Biggie and Mike Tyson warned him about Haitian Jack did they just say he was bad news or did they tell him that he cozy's up to rappers to get them to sign and then extorts them just like he is doing with Bad Boy?

Did Tupac say he started Thug Life so he can reach his constituents who weren't Booker T types? Is there a link to his interview?

On a side note I don't get why Jay Z is even considered one of the best rappers dead or alive? The Blueprint is boring AF and his voice is annoying. Biggie was clearly much better but was mainly good for his singles which were stolen or remakes. I think Nas is much better than both of them in terms of raw talent but never had the singles. But then again I believe Pac was the GOAT but the person in second place wasn't even close to him.

Thanks for listening to my rant if you made it this far.

Tupac would be the next Malcolm X

I firmly believe if Tupac made it past his 30s and stopped rap as his main occupation like he said in 96, he would have mobilized more people than Malcolm or Martin and would have a coalition of all colors. I seriously believe the FBI and the higher ups knew this back when he made 2Pacalypse Now. They knew his mother raised him to be the next great leader since birth and he was surrounded by all the great Panther leaders who learned from their mistakes and gave Pac the game growing up.

I also believe that 2Pac knew this but felt rap was the fastest way to accomplish his first phase. He also made mistakes himself and tried to learn from them but it was too late. He said himself in his last interview with Sway that he was done being a rapper as his main profession. He wanted to do movies next to make real money because the rap game at the time was a scam even if you on top like we saw with so many rappers.

I think while he made movies he would've met many like minded people and shared different perspectives and turned all his fans into a voting block that could make real change and demand real things. Similar to how the Black community stopped Trump in his run for president after his first term he would be able to things like this and more.

I know it would make him a real target to the FBI like he has always been and he still could have been assassinated but maybe he would have survived and taught all of us to make real change.

Am I a crazy dreamer or was Pac really the next great political leader of a generation?

The wars in Compton after Tupac died.

First of all it's been decades since I used to go on forums and find information on dial up lol. I used to read a lot about gang wars between MOB Piru and Southside after Tupac was murdered.

Does anyone have any information on it?

Are there any YouTube videos or internet links to watch or read about it? I tried to watch a documentary but it was really slow and didn't get to the point?

Can Iran really free Palestine?

I am Palestinian American first generation. My whole extended family lives through all the different horrors that were brought upon them. I watch everything from Mahmood OD to The Cardle and I keep hearing reports of Iranian generals stating that the Palestinian resistance should get ready to take their country back on multiple occasions.

My question is if this is just something people say during war or is liberating Palestine really one of the goals of Iran. I believe it's possible without America because Israel alone is a house of cards but the chances seem slim with America in the mix. The Zionist Christians and Jews in America that hold high level positions will literally let America collapse before they let that happen.

I also worry about Lebanon and Israel taking half the country permanently. I know it must be costing America billions and when Americans are dealing with rising prices and inflation they start to look for the cause. This is why most Americans are against war on Iran and are almost at 59% in favor of a Palestinian state. The problem is that politicians ignore all this but when the midterms come around it may change.

Can someone for the life of me explain all the Tupac legal matters

I read the FBI war on Tupac or at least listened to it on Audible but it was a real eye opener. If you listen to Tupacs last interview with Sway in the Bay Area he says I was never arrested my whole life until I got famous. In the book he says Tupacs legal issues and encounters all stem from the Feds because they knew he would've been more powerful than any civil rights leader if he go older and focused on politics. He didn't care about race and was a leftist which Americans hate because it means communism to them but I think Tupac was against the Illuminati or what Trumpers call the deep state.

I don't get how the limo drive was a Fed and swearing at him and took him to the exact spot where he saw two regularly dressed cops beating a Black man. And he had the rape chargers and him being charged separately because Jack was a Federal Informant and that why he could do all the stuff he did with no harm.

I really don't get the touching of the bottucks charge. What is the maximum charge for it and can you be sent to Rikers for such a petty crime? I also never heard of bail after the decision. Was PAC supposed to come back? And serve more time? Or was he out for good?

I'm scared to know if he lived and left Death Row and rap like he told sway and had time and the money to enter politics. Even if he couldn't run as a convicted felon (not sure 100%) but he could gather millions to do whatever he thought was the best choice for them. After that they have the power to demand a lot from the government. This is what scares them enough to want to kill him and I understand why they let Keefe D get away and out of Vegas, which is literally impossible to escape. Like the movie casino said, nobody could even make it out the casino property before getting shot. There were only a couple ways out and they knew the car model and who did it, even if they didn't there's no escape unless the Feds told them to.

Am I paranoid like I was as a high school kid thinking he was coming back after seven years looking for clues on Tupac forums?
