Hoping to use Super Takumar Lens with Edixa Mat Reflex
I recently picked up an Edixa Mat Reflex Mod D-L with an Edixa-Tavenar-A 2.8/50 lens
I'm hoping to use my Super-Takumar 1.8/55 but I saw that the aperture pins are different on the Edixa Mat Reflex lenses are slightly different but I've seen some older posts saying some people found lenses that just so happen to work but I'm not sure how.
How do I check if the aperture pin interfaces with the flange properly on the Super Takumar before shooting? When setting the lens between auto and manual, it seems to look the same as the Tavenar-A through the viewfinder but I don't wanna run through a whole roll just to find out it doesn't work.
I'm also not that hopeful it will work so if anyone has any recommendations for cheap(er) lenses that would be good options for this camera?
