Electric "violinist" popping up in shopping center parking lots
Saw this yesterday at a Giant and a lot of people were giving them money.
Do with your money as you wish but know before donating that it is fake. They aren't playing the violin at all but rather a recording through the speaker.
It's usually the same setup. Battery powered speaker, a sign describing their troubles, the electric violin with a bucket at their feet to take your money and they will appear to be killing it. They don't stick around for long before packing up and heading to the next location.
