Looking for a good neurologist/pediatric neurologist in Vadodara

Hi everyone, I’m looking for recommendations for a really good neurologist in Vadodara for my 17-year-old brother.

Since he is 17, I’m preferably looking for someone who has experience treating teenagers/children and neurological conditions in this age group. I’d really appreciate recommendations based on your personal experience, especially someone who is thorough with diagnosis and doesn’t unnecessarily prescribe tests or medicines.

I have also heard about Zydus Hospital Vadodara and was considering consulting a neurologist there. Has anyone here had experience with their neurology department? Is Zydus a good option for neurological problems, particularly for a 17-year-old?

Also, how expensive is Zydus generally? I’m mainly interested in the OPD/doctor consultation fee and, if anyone has experience, the approximate cost of common investigations like MRI/EEG or other neurological tests.

If you have personally consulted a good neurologist or pediatric neurologist in Vadodara, please share the doctor’s name, hospital/clinic, consultation charges and your experience.

Are all the 3 documents mandatory?

So I have completed my bgc last month and I didn't uploaded any of the above mentioned documents as I didn't had those documents at that time and this section was optional so I skipped. Did I made a mistake by skipping it? Or is it ok? And now I have my provisional degree so I want to ask that if I submit any one of the documents from above mentioned documents after receiving my jl is it accepted or I have to upload all 3 documents?

Waiting for my TCS joining letter is becoming mentally exhausting.

Hi everyone,

I got selected in TCS through my college campus placements, and I just wanted to share how things have been going because it's honestly becoming frustrating.

Here's my timeline:

17 March 2026 – Interview

17 April 2026 – Received my offer letter

19 April 2026 – Received the Joining Readiness Survey

In the survey, I mentioned that I would be ready to join after 1st May because my Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) and final semester marksheet were still pending. Now I have both of those documents, but I'm still waiting for my joining letter.

The waiting is what hurts the most.

Every single day my parents ask me, "Any update? When are you joining?" My relatives ask the same question over and over again. Every time, all I can say is, "I don't know." Repeating that same answer again and again is mentally exhausting. Sometimes it genuinely breaks my heart. I even start feeling like some relatives are silently judging or laughing at my situation because it's been months since I got selected and I'm still sitting at home waiting.

To make things worse, I'm mostly spending my days on my smartphone without doing anything productive, and I honestly don't like that. I do solve coding problems from time to time so that I don't completely lose touch with programming, but I still feel like I could be utilizing this free time much better.

So I wanted to ask the community:

What productive things can I do while waiting for my TCS joining letter?

I'm open to learning new skills, freelancing, remote work, or any genuine side hustle that can help me earn some money and make good use of this waiting period.

If anyone has gone through a similar waiting phase with TCS or any other IT company, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience and what you did during that time.

Gave IPA exam today at Ahmedabad

Hey so I gave my ipa exam today and I'm confident about MCQ'S that section went pretty well but the coding part was worst as I have never worked with Java a lot. I usually code in python which is easy for me so that's why I couldn't solve any coding questions but attempted with whatever I knew. Will I get marks for that? And is it concerning if I wasn't able to complete any of the coding questions?? Please tell me

Is PU Alumni Membership (₹1500) really mandatory for the PDC process?

Hi everyone,

I'm from the MCA department and have recently completed my master's.

During my PDC process through PU Alumni, I was asked to purchase the PU Alumni membership, which costs ₹1500 (Basic Plan). I clearly told them that I didn't want to buy it because I don't think it's necessary for me, but they kept insisting. After some time, they finally initiated my PDC process without me purchasing the membership.

My MCA department also did not hand over my provisional degree and final semester marksheet because I haven't completed the research paper requirement. However, since I got placed, I requested the Dean ma'am, and she allowed me to take photos of my provisional degree and final semester marksheet so I could use them for my job.

Today, I received another call from Parul University saying that my profile is incomplete because I haven't purchased the PU Alumni membership. The person on the call again started forcing me to buy it immediately. I somehow convinced her that I would pay tomorrow just to end the call.

My question is: Is this membership actually mandatory? Can they hold up or affect any of my documents or future processes if I don't buy it?

Honestly, I don't see any use for this membership, and it feels like I'm being forced to pay ₹1500 for something I don't need.

TCS Joining Letter

Hi everyone,

I was placed in TCS Digital through my college and I'm a 2026 batch passout. I have already received my Digital Offer Letter, but I'm still waiting for my joining letter. Here's my timeline:

Interview Date: 17th March

Document Verification Mail: 9th April

Offer Letter Received: 13th April

Joining Readiness Survey: 17th April

Since then, there has been no update regarding my joining letter.

I wanted to ask those who have gone through this process or are in a similar situation: When can I realistically expect my joining letter?

I have also heard from many people that TCS is delaying joining letters for the Digital role. Is that actually the case this year?

Additionally, I recently received a mail regarding the IPA exam. Does scoring well in the IPA exam have any impact on getting an earlier joining date, or is it completely unrelated to the joining schedule?

I would really appreciate any insights or experiences. Thanks!

Never ordering from this resturant again

I just want to make people aware about my terrible experience with Munchaine (Alkapuri, Vadodara) on Zomato.

This is the SECOND time this has happened with me and still nobody is responding properly from their side. I ordered garlic bread and this is what I received completely burnt and disgusting. Earlier their garlic breads used to be genuinely good, which is why I ordered again, but now the quality has become horrible.

Honestly, this is not even edible. If this happened once, I could understand, but twice? That’s unacceptable.

Just posting this so other people can be careful before ordering from there.

Is it okay to prepare a non-criminal affidavit before receiving the joining letter for BGC?

Hi everyone,

I’m going through the BGC process and I know the documents usually need to be submitted around 15 days before joining. I’m planning to create my non-criminal affidavit in advance so I can stay prepared, but I still haven’t received my joining letter yet.

My concern is that the affidavit will contain the creation date, so it would clearly show that it was made earlier before the joining letter was issued.

Is that generally okay for companies/BGC verification, or should I wait until I receive the official joining letter before making the affidavit?

Would appreciate any guidance from people who have gone through a similar process.
