Anyone able to run an Ethernet line from a second floor attic to the first floor for a poe doorbell?

Looking to see what this would be worth if I was to let it go.

Ezee Finer 2gb just got installed an hour ago. I’m coming from Xfinity 1gb service. So I run the isp speed test on the UDM SE and it’s showing 2gb speeds up and down. When I run a speed test through any website or WifiMan I’m maxing out 1200mb speeds. That’s both wired and wifi connections with the same result. What do I need to do to get full speeds? Wifi is being tested on a new iPhone and a laptop thru Wifi7 to an XGS with a 10gbe connection to my switch. Wired connection is with a 2.5g usb adapter to my laptop as well. I’m guessing there are settings to play with on the UDM that is slowing everything down.
