How is this possible?

In the Stockholm view, I'm in the lead to befriend Stockholm, Alexander isn't even shown in their screen. But in the Independants overview, Alexander is shown as befriending them faster, in a mere 2 TURNS! And when I continue playing that actually happens. How?!? Neither Alexander nor his Civ, the Mongolians, seem to have a special ability in that regard.

How to get PC to boot with Secure Boot after copying from another system

I'm not exactly sure what Secure Boot even is and what it does so I don't understand the exact problem and how to fix it. The problem is as follows:

My mom has 2 pre-installed PCs, each has been updated to Windows 11, one older one that she actually uses and a newer one she wants to switch to but with her old setup/system. Both PCs use two storage mediums, I think each one SSD and one HDD. She has a backup program (EaseUS Todo Backup, free version) which I used to make full backups of both storage mediums with all their partitions, and then restored those on the new PC to the corresponding mediums. Now the new PC won't boot anymore and gives a Secure Boot error message (unfortunately I didn't remember to take a pic).

If I go into the UEFI and disable Secure Boot, the new PC boots just fine but since it's a security feature, my mom doesn't want to use the PC without it. I also tried to just reinstall Windows from scratch to later just copy her important data (documents, pictures etc) over, but as long as Secure Boot is enabled, it won't boot even with a fresh Windows installation.

How can I get the new PC to boot again with Secure Boot enabled?
