Couldnt find anything online, curious if anyone found something on it.

Recently upgraded to a 1440p monitor and I’m looking at upgrading my GPU from a RTX 4060.

Current specs:

i5-13400F

32GB DDR4

650W 80+ Gold PSU

mATX ABS prebuilt case

Trying to decide between a RTX 5070 and RX 9070 XT. I know the 9070 XT is stronger, but I’m concerned about my PSU and case size.

Would the 650W PSU realistically handle either card, and which would you choose for this setup

I have 700 dollars to spend what should I upgrade?
