First Tattoo Advice

Got my first tattoo yesterday and it’s currently wrapped in healing tape. My tattoo artist told me to remove it after 48 hours and use moisturiser twice a day (recommended Nivea), but I’m honestly a bit unsure about the brand.

Any better moisturiser recommendations that worked well for you guys? Also, which soap should I use to wash the tattoo during healing?
