But now my eyebrows are falling off. I have a little inflammation and flaking. I saw online to use Ketenokazole but I fear that isn’t working. What else can I do?

My seborrheic dermatitis keeps spreading and won’t stop

My flare ups or red spots keeps spreading as years pass. I only had it in upper cheeks. Now for head, side, jaw, beard. Why is it spreading? Could it be the creams like tacrolimus that is causing it?

Seborrheic dermatitis inflammation won’t go away

Hello, I have seborrheic dermatitis but the inflammation won’t go away and I keep getting new red spots. I know the problem isn’t the yeast for I used ketenokazole to kill the yeast 2 days ago, I am no longer flaking therefore the yeast must be dead. However, I keep getting new inflammation red spots.
I used Tacrolimus to calm skin and while it helps, it dosent go away fully and bounces back 1 day later. I have a sensitive skin and no skin barrier so every cream I put on only irritates my skin.
Has anyone had this issue? I can’t seem to get rid of red spots

Seborrheic dermatitis every cream irritates my skin

Hi, I have seborrheic dermatitis, I see many YouTubers using creams, moisturizers, oils that help them. The problem is every single thing that I put on irritates my skin and worsens my flare ups. Even gentle creams. My skin barrier seems broken. Does anyone know of a cream that calms inflammation but is extremely gentle on the skin?
