I got Brazilian laser hair removal a decade+ ago and now I’m trying to regrow my hair on top of my pubic bone, and it’s… sparse to say the least. Very patchy, and over 50% has zero regrowth after several months of not shaving.

I did multiple sessions on my armpits and that seemed to grow back totally normal.

Also I assume it’s relevant to note that I’m white (olive skin toned) with dark hair.

Is it common that so many follicles will never grow back? Anyone else experience something similar to this? And any suggestions to promote regrowth?

I'm currently working on a production and I've been tasked with finding suitable tracking marker material or bands (rather than single points/stickers), that can be added onto a black "faux-cap" suit. These bands need to go circumferentially around key points of the limbs, stomach, head, and shoulders.

Typical search results for aren't giving me many creative solutions. What ideas does this community have for materials that I could source for this purpose? Thanks for any help you can give me!
