As requested by some users in dm, sharing proof of yesterdays video of beauty parlour/salon manager mixing intoxicant in salon employees water, and them finally confronting him and sorting him out. Refer to yesterdays upload mentioned in comments for more context.

What on earth is going on? Now Siya Goyals brother Sahil Goyal says Siya's lawyer is threatening their family and that they never appointed him as Siya's lawyer in the first place.

Recommendations for a first solo trip in India (solo female traveller). Details in post. TYIA 😊🙏

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for recommendations for my first-ever solo trip within India as a solo female traveller and I'd be extremely grateful for any suggestions.

I'm hoping to find a destination that meets as many of these criteria as possible:

Cool or cold weather (I don't enjoy hot and humid places).

Safe for a woman travelling alone, including walking around during the day and early evening.

Minimal nuisance from street dogs or wild animals. I've read about monkey and stray dog issues in several tourist destinations, so I'd prefer places where this isn't a common problem.

Easily accessible by a direct flight or train, without requiring long road journeys after arriving.

Not extremely crowded or chaotic.

Not primarily a religious tourism destination, as those tend to get very crowded and that's not the kind of trip I'm looking for.

Ideally somewhere with beautiful scenery, pleasant walks, local culture, or nature where I can relax for 7-10 days.

I'd also love to hear about places you wouldn't recommend for a first solo trip and why.

If you've travelled solo in India (or know someone who has), I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences and any practical safety tips.

Thanks in advance :)
