Yates and Cook Crane Bear now OHS compliant

I posted here the other day about the bear sitting on top of one of the cranes at Yates and Cook streets, and somebody commented that he was breaking safety rules by not having a reflective vest and a hardhat. Well, UPDATE! He is now fully compliant with the Workers Compensation Act...
