Venous ultrasound

Hello,

I am trying to determine if I have lymphedema or lipedema. My dr (an np) didn't want to give me a referral, but offered a venous ultrasound-- like a compromise, I guess?

So my question is, what information will I actually get from this? Can the test be... 'negative'... And I still have lymphedema or lipedema? Can this diagnose at all, or is this just a waste of my time to encourage me to drop the subject?

Missing brace on 40 bowfront

Can this be fixed? I just bought this tank, asked ahead of time if it was broken, even got a picture of the top... I didn't see where the broken brace went and the guy said it didn't come with one.

I don't think he was trying to scam me; I think he didn't know.

Anyways. What can I do? I can't afford something else right now.

I had been chatting on and off about some fish, and have had no luck now getting ahold of him. His last post was nearly a month ago.

Did something happen? Did his shop get shut down or did he die?

I know most likely he's just busy, but I want to be sure before I move elsewhere, as he has exactly what I want and I will wait if he's going to come back!
