I see more 6’3 people online than I see in real life
I**’m 6’3.5”** (191 cm), and when I**’m scrolling on social media and people are discussing height, it seems like every dude is 6’3”. But in everyday life, I barely come across any guys who are 6’3”+ — maybe 2–3 people daily. Why is 6’3”** the most lied-about height?

Does someone who’s 6’5 actually notice they’re taller than someone who’s 6’3, or do they generally look like they’re in the same height range? Is the 2-inch difference noticeable?

Why does someone who is 6’5” look so much taller than someone who is 6’3”, even though the difference is only 2 inches?
I**’**m curious about the visual perception of height. Is a 2-inch difference actually that noticeable in person, and why can it sometimes make someone look significantly taller?
