I am building my profile, and the last time I spoke to a few law firms, they said I need to have some speaking events. I have done a couple and was wondering what the best proof? I saved their websites as PDFs since I am not sure about the longevity of conference websites. I made a LinkedIn post after the speaking event. I got a certificate from a conference. Any advice would be appreciated.
Hi! Thanks for stopping by.
I am 32, originally from India, and have been living in the United States since 2016. I have never been married, and I do not have children. I am currently finishing my PhD at Arizona State University, where my research focuses on AI and wearable technology for healthcare. Alongside my research, I also work as a Founding Engineer at an AI startup, helping build products from the ground up. My work keeps me busy, but it also gives me a real sense of purpose because I enjoy solving meaningful problems and creating technology that can positively impact people's lives.
I currently live in the Phoenix area and am flexible about relocating early next year, so I am open to meeting someone anywhere in the United States. I have a soft spot for the Southwest because I love the landscapes, national parks, road trips, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventures, but I am ultimately looking for the right person more than the right location.
Outside of work, I appreciate the simple things. I enjoy spending time cooking (ask me about my food Instagram if you are interested), outdoors, hiking, having meaningful conversations, exploring new places, trying new restaurants, taking long or late-night drives, traveling, and making memories with the people I care about. I enjoy staying active through the gym and outdoor activities, but I believe fitness should enhance life rather than consume it.
Personality-wise, I would describe myself as somewhere between an introvert and an extrovert. I enjoy meeting new people, but I value a small circle of deep, meaningful friendships over having a large social network. Once I am comfortable around someone, I become playful, affectionate, a little sarcastic, and I genuinely enjoy making the people around me laugh. I believe communication, kindness, emotional maturity, and consistency are some of the most attractive qualities a person can have.
One important thing to know about me is that I am intentionally childfree. This is not something I am uncertain about or expect to change. It is a decision I made after years of reflection and understanding the kind of life I want to build. I genuinely look forward to a future centered around partnership, shared experiences, personal growth, travel, financial freedom, and creating a peaceful home together. I believe there are countless ways to build a meaningful and fulfilling life, and for me, parenthood simply is not one of them.
My ideal future is a DINK (Dual Income, No Kids) or DINKWAD/S (Dual Income, No Kids, With A Dog/s) lifestyle. I love the idea of building a comfortable life together, pursuing our individual dreams while supporting each other's ambitions, traveling whenever we can, spoiling our future dog/s, and investing our time and energy in experiences, relationships, and personal growth.
I would love a relationship where we are each other's safe place and biggest cheerleaders. I am looking for a true power couple, not in the sense of chasing titles, money, or status, but in the sense of bringing out the best in each other. I want us to challenge each other intellectually, support one another professionally, encourage healthy habits, celebrate each other's successes, and help each other navigate life's setbacks with compassion, resilience, and understanding.
To me, a power couple is two people who grow stronger together emotionally, intellectually, physically, and financially. We would inspire each other to pursue our goals, communicate openly and honestly, continue learning, and build a future that we are both proud of. I love the idea of being each other's best friend, favorite travel companion, trusted teammate, and greatest source of peace. Whether we are planning our next adventure, debating ideas over coffee, working toward ambitious goals, staying active together, or spending a quiet evening at home with our future dog/s, I want us to keep choosing each other every day, growing together, and creating a life filled with love, laughter, shared purpose, and unforgettable experiences.
If you made it this far, thank you for reading. Tell me about something you are passionate about, your favorite national park or place you have visited, or a place you want to visit soon, what your ideal Sunday looks like, or simply what made you smile today. I would love to get to know you.
