Hi, is it just me not reaching Application Accepted when applying to jobs or is that just the new website?

When I apply it says Application Under Review and then says Application Under Review a second time when the website refreshes after 0200. Then a month later went to Unsuccessful.

It used to go to Application Accepted automatically.

I'm not sure if it's just the change with the website or if I am being auto rejected and no person actually sees my application. Thanks!
