I finally finished my final edits on my book Finding Sarah You can't read the label from inside your own container. Please clap 👏

Now, I need suggestions (not KDP) for a publishing company.

The T in STONES

Take Time to Tell the Truth.....

You are not fine. You are practiced.

Practiced at minimizing, smoothing it over, and saying “I’m okay” before you even check whether you are.

Because practice doesn't always mean perfect.

Today’s question: What truth have you been editing to keep other people comfortable?

Pebble:an app for busy women

Most productivity advice is written for people who just need a better system.

Overwhelmed overthinkers don't have a system problem. We have a volume problem.

The advice says: prioritize your top 3 tasks.

My brain says: but what about the other 31 things, are they just going to disappear, what if I forget something important, I should write them down, but where, not another list, I already have 6 lists.

So you open Notion. You build a beautiful database. You spend 45 minutes organizing it. You feel productive. Nothing actually got done.

Or you go the other direction - you write everything on paper, lose the paper, and the overwhelm doubles.

The thing that's actually helped me isn't a better system. It's having somewhere to put the noise that isn't my head and isn't another system I have to maintain.

A brain dump with no structure required. Tagging thoughts by energy level so I know what I can actually handle right now. And - this one surprises people - scheduling me-time the same way I schedule tasks, so rest stops being the thing I cut when I'm overwhelmed.

I built this into an app called Pebble because I couldn't find it anywhere else.

Penguins give pebbles to their loved ones. Im giving Pebble to users to try for FREE until 5/17. Then it goes up to $9.97 in my Stan Store.

Curious what others here have actually found useful - not what's supposed to work, what genuinely does when your brain is at full volume?
