What is an Auxiliary SARDET?

I've noticed that across the East NR / SR districts there are flotillas with facilities called SARDETs, these seem to act similar to stations and, from what I can tell, usually have more "Coast Guard" like vessels, equipment, and signage (Marcus Point SARDET has a SAFE boat!)

Anyways what I am trying to figure out is if these "SARDETs" are a legacy of a Coast Guard program or if it is just a regional thing.

These are the only ones I could find that appear to be active, Claytor Lake appears to be ran by the VT AUP program so that explains that one but the others I am entirely in the air about.

SARDET Claytor Lake

SARDET Smith Mountain Lake

SARDET Lake Anna

SARDET Marcus Point

SARDET Bower's Beach

SARDET Long Level

What determines what "airlines" are shown on FR24?

Hello FR24, I was wondering why aren't Coast Guard Auxiliary flights shown on FR24? I understand not every aircraft is shown but considering its a federal entity, similar to Civil Air Patrol, I would've imagined there would be something.

For anyone interested in the AUP, Florida Tech (FIT) chartered an AUP unit last week, they seem well equipped and have a boat of their own, so if you're in the area, and are a student, reach out! Now is the perfect time!
